Well it has come to this, Montreal is down 3-2 in the series, with game 6 coming back to Montreal. With the way our hockey pool was setup, this is the game I have tickets for. I would love to be there and see them win this game to take it back to Carolina and win. But before they can do that, there are a few things they need to do.
First, the offense needs to wake up and start shooting on goal, not NEAR the goal. If the puck does go towards the net, it can't go in. They also need to step up the offense, and play like they want to win.
The next, and I think the most important part, they need to stay out of the penalty box. These penalties are killing them. Friday night, while penalty killing Stahl scored. Last night while they were down 2-1, with 2:36 left, Bonk takes a STUPID penalty.
Come on guys, do you honestly believe you have SUPERSTARS that can score more goals while penalty killing? WAKE UP.
anyways, I can't wait to see the atmosphere tomorrow night.
